How does the Headshot Lounge work?
Packages include:
- Pop-up studio & professional lighting
- Photographer and Account Manager
- Instant digital delivery
- Branded galleries and lead capture
- Location, Travel, and Lodging Fees (within the U.S.) *customized quote for international requests
Step 1: Check-in & Virtual Queue
Guests register via a QR code at the booth. This process doubles as a lead capture tool, collecting attendee information while delivering a valuable experience. The experience drives foot traffic naturally, keeps attendees engaged at your booth, and replaces low-value swag items.
VIP scheduling and team time coordination is included in packages.
Custom Scheduling App is available. Allowing for a virtual waitlist — no standing in line. This service is an additional $250 per day.
Step 2: Photo Session
Guests step into our pop-up studio with professional lighting and a clean backdrop. Our photographer provides relaxed, one-on-one guidance to capture flattering, natural expressions.
The entire process takes 2–4 minutes per person, allowing us to photograph 20–30 people per hour.
Step 3: Retouching & Instant Delivery
Each headshot includes professional, natural retouching, such as:
- Skin smoothing and tone correction
- Flyaway hair cleanup
- Lighting and color balance
No heavy filters — guests still look like themselves.
The photos are delivered instantly via email in a private, branded gallery.
Branded emails and galleries are designed and provided by WCA with use of your provided content and copy. Clients receive:
- A master gallery of all images
- A spreadsheet with guest data and gallery links
Custom delivery protocols and security requirements can be accommodated.
What space and setup do you need?
Minimum requirements:
- 3m x 3m (10’ x 10’) space
- Power and internet access
- 2 high-top tables
- 1–2 stools
We handle all technical setup and breakdown.

Do you offer hair and makeup?
Yes. Optional on-site hair and makeup touch-ups are available with a professional glam stylist for a polished, camera-ready look.

- Exclusive Live Slideshow: curated with the best headshots as we photograph them LIVE updated continuously with full sponsorship opportunity using rotating ads throughout. Full Day: $1000, Half Day: $600
